PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
SC RIVERWIDE CREATIVE SRL processes Users’ personal data in compliance with applicable law, ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and the right to privacy.
Processing of personal data for the purpose of entering into and performing the Contract.
The personal data provided by the User will be processed for the purpose of performing this Contract, specifically for the provision of Services, billing and collection of payment for the Services, customer relations, verification and collection of debts, and any other processing necessary for the proper conduct of the contractual relationship.
The personal data provided by the User will be disclosed to legal entities, authorized public authorities, and institutions, upon their request, in accordance with legal provisions.
Processing of personal data for promotional (marketing) purposes.
The personal data provided, as well as other information provided by the Beneficiary under this contract (such as: email address, fax number, cell phone number, landline number), may be processed by SC RIVERWIDE CREATIVE SRL in compliance with Users’ rights, particularly the right to information and the right to object, for the following purposes:
– remarketing and user tracking
– sending commercial communications
– communicating the status of services provided at the customer’s request or when deemed necessary (e.g., in the event of a technical or unauthorized issue) for the products and services of SC RIVERWIDE CREATIVE SRL
Processing of Personal Data with General Identification Purposes.
Personal data with identification purposes are necessary for the accurate identification of the customer/authorized representative in the processing systems of SC RIVERWIDE CREATIVE SRL, for the performance of billing operations, as well as those necessary for or related to the performance of the Contract.
User Rights Regarding the Processing of Provided Personal Data.
The user has the following rights regarding the personal data provided:
– the right to information and access;
– the right to correct data;
– the right to rectification;
– the right to erasure;
– the right to restrict processing;
– the right to data portability;
– the right to object to automated individual decision-making, including profiling;
– the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority ANSPDCP—the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data
